Liked: Location and decoration of the hotel and room. Staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Not phone in the room and not possible to open windows

Great location near the beach...

Liked: Lovely beach pub vibe, comfortable room if a little on the small side. Friendly helpful staff. Fresh and clean feel to the rooms.
Disliked: Bathroom door was difficult to close - a sliding door that slid back to open unless you wedged it. Also the shower tap came off in my hand. A few things like that need fixing to match general high standard.

Liked: Beds were super comfy and easy to navigate wouldn’t recommend for anyone with an injury or disability though
Disliked: The bathrooms don’t have proper doors, only a sliding door that doesn’t stay shut had to use a chair to hold it in place and no internet on tvs so no Netflix ect

By the sea

Liked: The Clovelly is a rare find - friendly welcoming staff, great location near beach and comfortable rooms. We love staying there when in Sydney. The rooms are fresh, clean and well appointed. The beds are super comfy. Highly recommend!
Disliked: It can get noisy...but it's a pub. Once the pub closes it's actually very quiet.
