Liked: The whole vibe was really nice! My daughter and I did Christmas in NYC and I’m so glad I chose The Cloud One! Breakfast, room and location was just what I wanted!

Fan Heating - Loud

Liked: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were lovely. The breakfast was also excellent.The staff were very polite throughout our stay.
Disliked: The fan heater was excessively loud, making it nearly impossible for us to sleep during our four-night stay. On the first night, the staff changed our room, but the noise in the new room was even worse. Despite raising the issue with the staff and requesting a solution, we did not receive any response.
