Liked: I take red eye flights to NYC from my area arriving in the city around 8AM, Cloud One has allowed me to get a room early which is very appreciated.
Disliked: Just an observation rather than a complaint: I had to request housekeeping during several days of my stay.

Great location but disappointed

Liked: Location is spectacular. Overlooking 9/11 Museum.
Disliked: Room basic and got static shocks off everything. Breakfast was busy, basic and understaffed.

Liked: The bar was very comfortable and relaxing.
Disliked: No bottles of water in room, a very basic requirement. Corridors were a little shabby.

Disliked: Small rooms, typical to New York.

Great rooms and amazing staff...

Liked: Spacious room with lovely views onto the One World Trade centre. There is both a deli counter downstairs and a bar upstairs that also serves smaller fare. We arrived on the evening of March 5th and was checked in by Ricky who was very helpful and even upgraded our room to a city view (thank you Ricky!) I didn’t get the name of the lady working at the deli but she was also very helpful and made my partner something off menu, which was much appreciated.
