Spoilt by the bed!

Liked: Room was very small but clean, the bathroom was a good size, nearly as big as the room, and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and the service was swift.
Disliked: THE BEDS The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. They were to low down, we kept rolling off the mattress which was covered in a topper that was raised in the middle and just very uncomfortable. The mattress was not suitable for guests of our age. The quilt was so thick you were too hot to sleep but it was too cool not to use it so over all a very uncomfortable night. My wife did not sleep at all and we had to cut our stay short by a day as she could not face the bed for another night.

Liked: The hotel is very plush and well maintained. The owners couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was very good indeed.

Liked: Family run hotel woth friendly welcoming staff.The accommodation is very clean and ,tastefully decorated .The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and crisp linen . Tea and coffee facilities in the room and extras of a small fan and hairdryer.Breakfast included in the price with a large and varied menu selection .The accommodation is in a street of many restaurants and a real ale CAMRA awarded pub.Close to the marine park ,seafront and fun fair
