Liked: location of the hotel was really good. We liked employees and clean room.
Disliked: We booked room that has city view. But we stayed at number 630 and our room view was next building’s side wall. So it wasn’t good.

Liked: The room and amenities therein were up to par and everything I expect in a hotel. Bed was comfortable, HVAC worked well, bathroom had plenty of towels, soap, etc.
Disliked: The soap dispensers in the shower were along a wall where I kept hitting them with my arm when trying to move around. They should have been mounted on the far wall to leave that space for movement.I specifically looked for a hotel with on-site parking and both booking.com and google led me to believe that they had parking. Much to my chagrin, when I showed up it turns out parking is "available" around the hotel (across the street, down the block, etc) through third parties and not affiliated with the hotel at all. Just the normal parking garages you have in any town. While it ended up being no problem, I was looking for a hotel with self or better yet valet parking so I could just drop the car off and not worry about it till I was ready to leave.

Liked: The property was in the most perfect location. It was close to everything with a beautiful view. Definitely recommend!
Disliked: There was no microwave

Nice rooms, great bar, careless...

Liked: Big rooms, clean, cozy
Disliked: There was no staff up front during check-in and there was a line forming. Despite having called the valet for my car, he basically ignored me after taking care of the person in front of me. I had to go looking for him. Then the next morning when I needed my car, the front desk advised that the valet never showed up to work and that I would have to walk 2 blocks to the parking garage to get my car. Thankfully it wasn’t far. They did refund me the cost of valet, at the very least but weren’t nearly apologetic enough or at all. It was very “oh well, it is what it is.” Poor hospitality. Didn’t offer any other discount or incentive to come back. The bar staff in the redwood room were very friendly though. I felt well taken care of by Jackie, the bartender. If this place were staffed better at the front desk and with reliable valet it would’ve definitely been better. I mean, the front staff checked me in, handed me my key and didn’t bother to point out where things were, like the bar, restaurant, or even the elevators and route to get to my room. It’s very “self-service” here.
