Liked: Our room was spacious comfortable and clean. I was surprised by the $28 parking fee.The $18 buffet breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery eggs.

Comfy, convenient piece of history

Liked: Location was incredibly convenient to downtown. Valet staff (Danny when we arrived in late afternoon was incredibly friendly and welcoming & Matt in the morning when we left was so upbeat and polite) was great. Hotel has a lot of history and character. Bathroom was spotless
Disliked: With the history comes some electrical outlets that didn't charge well (but we did appreciate the charging station at the desk), carpet that is a bit old, and the room was very stuffy (we had to open windows to get room below 74 degrees F in March). Any inconvenience was worth it because of the location and interesting history.

Magnificent Hotel nostalgic unique wonderful...

Liked: The Cliff House was such a magnificent historic hotel which has been kept in immaculate condition the beautiful architecture and decor made it such a wonderful stay .The staff were delightful as was the talented pianist who would play to us as we sat in the ballroom by the fire . The location was superb with picturesque views of the mountains and close to all the boutique shops and restaurants it was truly a magical experience.
Disliked: I have no complaints
