Glad we stayed at this...

Liked: History and pictures of the hotels different times. Room was nice with a gas fireplace. Furniture was suited to the room (historic looking) Bed was very firm which I thought would be an issue, but it was actually comfortable. Great location for exploring Manitou Springs.
Disliked: Jets in tub didn’t work. Had a view of the air units on the roof, tub facet handle was loose and hard to control. Over scented smell of cloves and something in the main lobby.

Liked: This is the second time I have stayed at the Cliff House, and I thoroughly enjoy going here.It is an old historical hotel that's been renovated after the fire and has keep it's old vibe, which I like.The staff is professional and excellent with valley.Bring bags to your hotel.Bring chocolates to your room.Will bring ice up to you very nice place.
Disliked: For me personally, there's nothing bad to say about the Cliff House In.Manitou Springs Colorado

Loved it.

Liked: Classic old style but very comfortable. Very good restaurant.
Disliked: Our only criticism was the very ordinary pre-mix scrambled eggs and no fried or poached eggs at breakfast. This was out of keeping with the otherwise good standards.

Liked: The staff members are extremely nice at the Cliff House! Ultimately the staff members are what sets the tone for any stay anywhere one my travel and I bet we can all agree on this. I knew from the start with Shawn in valet we were in the right place as he is a super, genuinely nice person. Check in and check out staff were wonderful as well. Upon entry I notice the historic charm, which only added to our wonderful stay and we can't wait to return. The room provided a nice hot shower, heated toilet seat, comfy bed/pillows, coffee maker, fridge, bottles of complementary water and coffee creamer in room. Also, I was blown away by the turn down service and chocolate left in our room while we ate our evening meal. The Cliff House in my opinion can't be beat!
Disliked: I could only stay one night!

Liked: Front desk staff didn’t seem knowledgeable but I over relooked that.
Disliked: As soon as I got in my room the door handle fell off and I could not get out. Phone line dead. Luckily I found my cell phone to call. Front desk sent a handy guy who said it happens in several rooms. I travel all over the world in very old hotels, cheap hotels and everything else. Never happened before! I left.
