Liked: the room was clean, the location of the hotel was great
Disliked: it was a tiny bit cold when we arrived but we used the heater so it was ok

Not up to the standard...

Liked: The staff were helpful. The room was clean and most things worked. The neighbourhood is quiet.
Disliked: But this was not the room of a 4 star hotel. It was small, almost claustrophobic. It had not a chair, just a stool. And the electrics tended to make a noise. This was my second room. The first was dominated by the noise of something like an aircon system outside. The staff helpfully moved me when I asked for another room. But these rooms have no place in a four star hotel.

Liked: Nice Location and Hot Shower!
Disliked: Room 6 - the heater did not work well… it was cold in the room. Even the remote control showed 32 C … still feeling cold!

Liked: Martin is the best next room was so comfortable and the location is close to Paddington and in the other side Hyde Park
