Disliked: Bathroom alittle cramped with table in there , but I do see why . Maybe smaller table . As right next to toilet an felt cramped sitting on toilet, but good . Thankyou

Beautiful hotel, excellent location

Liked: The entrance is gorgeous, staff lovely and super helpful. We booked a smaller double room which was perfect for us. There was a pillow menu to make sure the bed was as comfortable as possible! Literally 3 minute walk from Victoria station. Also loved the complimentary snacks in the room
Disliked: It was generally very clean except for a missed makeup smudge on the soap dispenser and tap

Liked: Lovely hotel, large comfortable rooms, great and easily accessible location for a couple of days exploring London. Perfect location for the Apollo theatre and walking distance from Buckingham Palace, Westminster etc.
