Liked: we were a late arrival on the ferry, and staff had room ready with lights on and instructions. Office was closed but in message sent to me earlier in the day, owner told me how to access my room, and to call if I had any concerns since they live on the premises. Very convenient to the ferry from Vancouver Island, and it was great location for an early morning start of our roadtrip via Whistler/Kamloops to Revelstoke.
Disliked: some bugs in bathroom sink when we arrived, otherwise bathroom was immaculate.

Liked: Location next to the ferry to Vancouver Island which is the main reason for selecting this hotel.
Disliked: It is a typical Motel style of hotel, which means no services.

Comfortable

Liked: Location excellent for catching the ferry to Vancouver Island. Although the room was kind of crowded with antique furniture (reminded me of my grandmother’s house), the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great rest prior to catching the ferry.
Disliked: There was really nothing we did not like, it was pretty much what we expected from the pictures and reviews on Booking.

Cozy and practical hotel near...

Liked: The furniture and the bathroom are beautiful. I love the fact that the shower has a grab bar.
Disliked: Someone was smoking marihuana at 5 a.m. and I smell that in my room. Additionally, the window needs better curtains since they hardly cover the window.
