Customer service was poor. Phone rang with no answer. Had to go down 21 floors to the desk and ask for assistance. Check out was worst. Clerk was rude and attitudinal after I informed her of the sink not working. Wall paper was peeling and stucco patching was done poorly in the ceiling of the bedroom. Some of the furniture was chipped and obvious signs of repaired with glue after being broken. No water bottles, coffee, tea in room. Water stains from refrigerator leaking in cabinet dresser. By the third day, we got the heat to work properly. Ate breakfast at Bally’s because there was nothing available in this hotel in the morning. I will not be going there again.

Liked: Restaurant on floor six. Food was excellent.
Disliked: Room and repaired broken table top. Utility sink had five inches of standing water and facets did not work. Thermometer was defective - could barely get to 74 degrees. Keep turning cooler and temperature dropped to 65 degrees after hours. Called maintenance and was told the system is old. TV cable poor. Stations freezes at times and guide would work intermittently. No information of amenities in the hotel. No welcome packet at desk.

Liked: Nothing . Very sad hotel . Needs a big upgrade in the rooms. The cabinets are old and the paint is terrible. Doors look like they are in jail.. the lightning is terrible
Disliked: When I was there the ceiling started to lick in my room. The price I paid was too high for just a motel.

Liked: We had the most amazing time, the rooftop bar was excellent. The staff were so fun and welcoming. Our gatsby room was incredible, the tub was everything!
