Disappointing

Liked: Booked a twin room and got a double which wasn't an issue as mistakes happen. The staff said they could redo the room and make it a twin, came back late that night and it was still the same

Disliked: Shabby room. Needs overhaul. Hardly 4 star. No smart tv. Restaurant closed midweek. Electrical wires on show. No cable tv just basic channels. Dirty bathroom floor. Stained walls and table.

Liked: Room, spacious with 2 seats & small table. Old fashioned decor but we liked that, especially in the bathroom. Room was warm, bed very comfortable. Check in was easy with the receptionist very helpful & pleasant. Very close to lots of bars & restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing of any real issue. Didn't affect us but channels on tv not great just Rte & Virgin. Some switches didn't seem to work but again had no impact on our experience. .

Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, with a charming and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Our room was exactly what we wanted—comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. The highlight for us was the little balcony, which offered a perfect view of Dublin. It was the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the city's skyline.The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. For my boyfriend's birthday, they surprised us with complimentary glasses of Prosecco at the hotel bar, which was such a lovely gesture.The location was perfect for us as well, as we planned on spending most of our time in the Temple Bar area, and it was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dublin!
