This hotel is beautiful and is 5 star. Close to the Crest Theatre and has the best restaurant. 5 stars.

Liked: The hotel restaurant was the best restaurant. 5 star food and service.
Disliked: Nothing.

I’ve stayed at The Citizen...

Liked: Great building and decor. Great restaurant. Very nice valet parking staff. Very good coffee shop right around the corner.
Disliked: Incredibly noisy. Crappy windows don’t keep out street noise (and I was on the 13th floor). Very noisy elevator and mechanical room that was loud all night. Truck traffic with backing-up beepers that start at 5am.

Liked: Location, restaurant/bar downstairs, valet was quick
Disliked: The cleanliness of the bathroom, there was a huge wad of hair in on top of he drain, very gross.

Disliked: I wish there was a lobby where you could sit and visit with our friends, since our rooms were too small to do that.
