This hotel is beautiful and is 5 star. Close to the Crest Theatre and has the best restaurant. 5 stars.

Liked: The hotel restaurant was the best restaurant. 5 star food and service.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great staff but sadly horrible...

Liked: Good location and great staff. The property is beautiful as well - very 1920s feel.
Disliked: The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. They were so soft, and we sunk so deeply into them, that it was practically difficult to get out of. On top of that, the pillows kept my head raised so high that my back and neck were sore for days after. The beds honestly felt like a bad joke. For almost 500$ a night - not worth it.
