Liked: The pool and the gym were good. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. The hotel was a 5 minute drive from the hollywood beach. There is a publix next to the hotel.
Disliked: Our was not as clean as expected. When we first checked in, we found hair in the bathroom. The check in process was completely online. The customer service was not bad, but the front desk lady with the short hair and tattoo was hard to talk to as if she was not interested to talk to clients at all. She just responded to my questions with one word answers. She was not helpful. Also, one of the beds was a bit broken and crooked. I talked to customer service, but they just apologized and said they can not give us another room.

Liked: Everything. The location is so convenient. Not as expensive as Miami, or as quiet as Fort Lauderdale. Yet a vibrant city and the hotel is located close to great restaurantes and the Publix Supermarket. The hotel offers a different concept, where you have the option of paying for late check out and/or for cleaning. The personnel is helpful and you can tell how thoughtful they are with their clients. Will come back for sure!
Disliked: The dinning chairs need some cleaning or maintenance.
