Liked: How close it was to the venue.
Disliked: Not many amenities; no onsite parking other than valet parking, which was $42.00 a night.

Room was beautiful; well kept; bathroom was amazing; very clean. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Upon check in, front desk staff was warm and inviting. Our stay and amenities were a surprise for my better half, and they helped keep it that way. Very nice stay and accommodation. Valet staff was great too. Quiet room. Nice views. Excellent experience overall.

Liked: Everything was really wonderful!
Disliked: Valet out front should kindly request smokers to move away from front entrance.

It was ok for the...

Liked: Hotel bar was nice, staff was nice.
Disliked: Someone was robbed the night we arrived at the hotel in front of the hotel while we were waiting for our door dash delivery. In the room, the pocket door for the bathroom barely would close and was extremely difficult to close. The duvet had no full stuffing, what was left of the stuffing was hard and crusty. We had to unmake the bed and bring down the crusty one and a new one was given to us that was ok, but not great. It was ok, it was an odd hotel that needs further updating.

Disliked: The staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. A lot of our amenities that we paid for in our room room didn’t work including the tv in the bathroom.

Decent stay, stressful when I...

Liked: The property is in a good location, there was an issue at the front desk. But nothing life or death
Disliked: I didn’t like that when I checked in I was almost charge again. I was told I had to pay for the room I already paid for and I had to prove that I did pay for it because of some kind of error in their system.
