Liked: Nice hotel, elegant and clean.
Disliked: No heat in the room. I had to leave because the room got no warmer than 64 degrees. Staff told me, "they haven't turned on the heat yet."

Cute decor and great location...

Liked: The location is good and the decor of the hotel in general was nice.
Disliked: I booked a pure room which means the room has been cleaned to a higher standard for allergy reasons which was exactly necessary for us but was a plus I suppose. How very, the only available or maybe only pure verified room at the hotel was right next to the service elevator which are a lot of noise. I requested a new room at the front desk and let them know it did r have to be a pure room. We were given a new room that was directly behind the two main elevators used by guests. It wasn’t as loud but could still hear them being used in the morning. This was disappointing.

The Churchill

Liked: I really liked my stay in The Churchill hotel. It is a lovely historical building very close to the Dupont circle (and metro). The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was tasty. But most of all, the staff was exceptional - from the receptionist (a lovely young lady) to the waiters.
Disliked: The room appears to be a bit shabby. Especially the carpet and the sofa. However, it was very clean and the cleaning was regular and thorough during my 5-days stay.

Disliked: Breakfast regulations: waiting time before seating, not allowed to choose your own table although it was not busy.

Extraordinary

Liked: The location of the hotel is so good that i could meet any of my need by walking around the hotel. In addition to this the room was very clean and the service was very good. The crew of the hotel are so kind especially Mr. Ertuğ was so helpful. Thanks you very much.
