Poor

Liked: The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were very nice and cordial
Disliked: I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for a co-worker and I as we are attending to a conference in the Hilton next door. Based on the good reviews I booked in here as I thought it may be nicer and more familiar compared to the Hilton.- Today I wondered why the room was not cleaned and none came to make the bed etc., as you would expect it from other hotels. I was told when asking at the reception, that it would not happen because I stay only 4 nights. - I also mentioned that the air condition system was not working as regardless of the settings, the temperature would not drop and stay constant at 74°F. I was told it would not work as this is currently the heating season and rooms could not be cooled.- Breakfast was included in the booking. Another surprise! Including is only yogurt and strawberries and a croissant. I ordered eggs and bacon in addition for USD 25.If all of the above is the hotel policy that is fine, but it should be stated on the website to inform potential guests about their future experience.- The shower was not clean either as long dark hair was still in there from the last guest or so.- Bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday and Wednesday.
