Disliked: Staff not very welcoming at all.

Liked: Great for skiing. Right in the shuttle route to Beaver Creek. There should be more/bigger hottubs based on the size of the place. Rooms were very clean.

Nice property in a convenient...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The location was very central to everything and parking easy and plentiful. The ski shop on property had a nice selection of ski gear and souvenirs which was convenient. We didn’t use the shuttle or activities but it seemed there were fun things like movie night advertised.
Disliked: It was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Poorly run, rude staff

Liked: Noisiest hotel ever. Work done in the middle of the night. One key per room only!

Liked: Convenient location off the highway and to the mountains. Great view and room included necessary amenities.
Disliked: Turn down the heat in the common areas when the weather outside is warmer. Front desk staff more educated on access to the ski slopes and/or modes of public transportation to and from.

We have been there twice...

Liked: Clean, close to beaver creek, big rooms with kitchenette!
Disliked: It can get a little noisy outside the rooms, especially when your room is near the kids area

Rooms were not spacious hate...

Disliked: Our room was on the first floor and we had several 4-5 flights of stairs to go up every 200 ft. We had a lot of luggage and no one at the front desk told us how many stairs we would have to climb with all of our luggage. No one offered to help. It was terrible!
