Comfortable, Warm, Welcoming, Lovely.

Liked: The room was small but efficient, it was clean, welcoming and smelt nice! The man who was working the reception area was so lovely, he chatted to me and made me feel welcome! It was a last minute booking as the hotel we was originally at was not what we paid for, but this was a great back up hotel!
Disliked: The carpet could be updated but other than that it was a nice comfortable stay!

Disliked: Could do with finishing - in need of decorating, paint looks very old. Front windows don't seal shut so let's a lot of noise in from outside (I wedged a peice of card in which improved seal)

Disliked: checked in n was told room wasn't ready even thou we asked before attending if can have early check in was told be ok till we got there staff wasn't helpful. room was small about 6ft x 6ft Square with small small bath room ..the room was a disgrace asked.plug sockets hanging off wall and lights /fire sensor .. bathroom mold n hair everywhere and genuinely was a mess ..... ask move but no other rooms available got told..which wad a load bull.definitely a let down for . booking .com company......

Liked: The place was filthy everything was broken taps shower door Door lock Windows covered in bird poo ya cld’nt even see out of themWe Neva used the shower as it was too dirty to get in we had to wash best we cld in the wash basin I hav honestly never seen anythin like it if environmentalHealth inspected it wld be shut dwnThere was no staff jus a young Asian guy who booked ya in n outIt was absolutely horrendous
