Disliked: Breakfast was very ordinary, no variation, same options every morning..Wait staff too attentive, right by your side all the time, and watching you, not relaxing when its like this..Had to ask for softer pillows, the ones supplied were hard and flat..Staff were happy to help in all requests..

Liked: Location is fantastic
Disliked: We were assigned a wheelchair accessible room. Since the shower was in the middle of the bathroom with just a curtain, the entire bathroom floor got flooded every time we took a shower. The sink was tiny. So bathroom experience was not great.

Liked: Great location for access to Paddington and onward to central London and easy escape from the chaos back to the quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located, good value for money, adequate in all other aspects. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again.
