Liked: The location of the Montcalm Chilworth Townhouse is very convenient. It is a short walk to both the train and tube stations as well as the bus lines. There are many eating establishments one block away that offer cafes and restaurants. Local bakeries, coffee places, and small groceries are also near. The breakfast at the hotel is not included in standard room rate but is a very good deal if added. Staff is very helpful and eager to make your stay enjoyable. Shaik, one of the lobby/reception staff is especially helpful in making visitors comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about transportation routes in London, the locations of attractions, and how to get to these areas. He booked admission tickets for us at local venues as well. He is a great asset to the Chilworth and was instrumental in making our stay memorable and carefree.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that was a problem or made our stay less than pleasant. All in all, staying at the Chilworth was a pleasant experience. If anything, some of the furnishings would benefit from some refreshing as they are showing wear and age. Chairs would benefit from a recovering or updating.
