Liked: The location was good but Waze did not found it with the informed address. The taxi stopped 300 yards before
Disliked: The premises were being refurbished and there is no instructions to be followed. Not concierge service. No hot water in the bathroom. We need to wait more than an hour to be repaired.

Liked: Clean room was a decent size for Chicago.
Disliked: The closest parking we could find was a 10 minute walk. Wouldn't have been a big deal another time of year. But that was a frigid walk on a January night.

Liked: everything. the hotel was very quiet so you couldn’t hear other people in their rooms. super comfortable beds with nice pillows.
Disliked: no complaints!

Quiet with a nice view...

Liked: Loved the roof access and private terrace. It's a huge relief that I didn't have to travel all the way to the front door to get some fresh air
Disliked: None of the TV remotes worked on my TV. Would have been nice if I could have used it on any other channel.
