Liked: everything. the hotel was very quiet so you couldn’t hear other people in their rooms. super comfortable beds with nice pillows.
Disliked: no complaints!

Liked: Loved the roof access and private terrace. It's a huge relief that I didn't have to travel all the way to the front door to get some fresh air
Disliked: None of the TV remotes worked on my TV. Would have been nice if I could have used it on any other channel.

Disliked: Communication is poor. I emailed and wrote several times to edit my booking since my flight was one day before a check in date and check out date had to be moved 1 day. The only did the check in and billed me for the night I didn’t stay there.
