Liked: Great value. Great location just off Michigan Avenue and Miracle Mile shopping. Rooms geared nicely for biz traveler with free wifi, generous and well placed outlets for phone and computer charging; well appointed. Lobby bar a nice plus.
Disliked: Very little. Bathroom - a bit small.

Disliked: The amount charged to your credit card at check-in/out will be slightly more than the amount you see when you book on booking.com. Don't forget to read the fine print. Moreover, in the amenities, they have written private parking. It should be written paid private parking with the price.
