Disliked: Upon arrival, the receptionist was not friendly, which was not a great start. I booked a small room, and I was aware of that, but I didn't expect it to be small. The bathroom was so crowded that I could not even stand properly in the bathroom, making it impossible to use it. Moreover, the water was very cold, and the heating system was very complicated to find out. However, I contacted the employees, and changed my room with the help of Lasmine, which I really appreciate to help. On the third day, I went to break breakfast, and the receptionist was at the entrance - I think her name was Ghalia (although I was not completely sure) - he was not very friendly. She had no enthusiasm at all, barely spoken, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I do not understand why hotels employ employees who are not suitable for customer service. In general, while I can help Lasmine, the unwanted position for some employees and the initial room experimenting left a negative impression.

Fantastic Hotel - 10/10!!

Liked: We loved everything about our stay, in the heart of the city within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops.The staff were fabulous and felt like family by the time we left, we particularly loved the old school bar and amazing bar staff. Can't wait to come back to stay with our family.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was fantastic!

Great Stay and Perfect location

Liked: The staff was very friendly and always there to help you with anything you needed. The bar and restaurant were great quality and very convenient. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bed was comfortable. We traveled with teens and they were able to place them right across the hall
Disliked: The rooms feel a bit tight but I think that is to be expected in these areas.

Liked: The location is excellent and the room facilities are superb - the hotel is full of old world charm with service to match. The staff are what makes it fantastic - nothing is too much trouble and they are super friendly and very well trained in delivering excellence. Highly recommend.

Consider Another Property For Mattress/Bed...

Liked: Nice location, nice breakfast, nice staff.
Disliked: Worst mattress in 30 years of European travel - thin and broken down. Also, a small and uncomfortably tight bathroom. Did not expect it at this price point.
