Liked: Our room was great and housekeeping did an excellent job daily,
Disliked: Breakfast should be included on all bookings.

Uncomfortable.

Liked: The receptionist on arrival gave us the keys and nothing else. Not even a direction to where the restaurant was. A key bit of information when it was in a different building! Self service breakfast was OK. The bed was possibly the worst bed I have ever slept in (or didn’t sleep at all!) For that reason I will not be back.
Disliked: Bed (as above) which I was going to mention to the receptionist on leaving when she asked us if we had a good stay but guess what, she never asked. Hence this review.

Stay was fine, disabled access...

Liked: Breakfast, room and evening meal
Disliked: Disabled access - none to reception - this was completed in the car park! Excellent room, but quite far for disabled access reach other hotel areas.
