In the center of Chester the hotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from both Chester Cathedral and Grosvenor Park. On one of Chester's historic shopping streets the hotel is next to the Grosvenor Shopping Center. The Spa and Thermal Suite are open Thursday to Monday. I love this hotel. It...

Liked: Very nice
Disliked: Unfortunately, we were given a room on floor 3 and the lift was broken. As I had a hip replacement recently, I found it a bit of a challenge. It was my fault for not mentioning it at the time and asking for a room on floor 2, but I couldn’t cope with going up and down again..! When we return , I will try to make contact direct with the Grosvenor to check.

Liked: Fantastic hotel, superb friendly staff, this hotel has a great atmosphere with luxury. The location is what makes it special as it is so central, exploring Chester is a breeze. We will be back love it.
