Liked: Breakfast was very good. Location excellent. Lovely hotel. Comfortable and good size room.
Disliked: We were told that we would get a message once our room was ready. We never.The entrance door to the rooms banged shut , so during the night I was woken on numerous occasions.

Liked: Dean the night porter was very helpful, resolving the breakfast issue with regard to the time we wished to eat.When we did have breakfast the restaurant was half empty, so what was the problem in the first instance!!
Disliked: The breakfast scenario is a joke.I paid for bed and breakfast, not bed and only what the hotel want me to eat for breakfast without being ripped off to pay an additional £12.50 per person for proper food.I didn't pay it and had an unpleasant conversation and experience with Carina on reception!
