Liked: Our toilet didn’t flush on arrival however this was soon addressed by Tom who went above and beyond to sort. We were given free drinks and a meal and the problem was sorted by the end of our meal . All the staff were professional and freindly.
Disliked: Upstairs guest toilets probably could’ve been given more attention ( toilet paper all over toilet floor, I know this is more of a customer problem but it was off putting)

Liked: The Cheshire Cat was such a lovely stay. Me and my daughter stayed over for the evening, she's 18 with additional needs. We went for a nice relaxing evening and to enjoy a surprise birthday meal the following day. Nothing was too much for any of the staff they were all lovely and friendly and nothing was too much for them. A special shout out to Josh who went above and beyond to help us with check out and storing our balloons etc (thank you) .. me and my daughter had dinner that evening we enjoyed a pizza and had some dessert.. yum! All the family enjoyed the food for the meal too. Thank you so much. We will absolutely be back again. Lovely clean, comfy and big rooms. Also, the breakfast the following day was gorgeous thank you!

Liked: The room wasn't in the main building so it was nice and quiet. Lovely size and very clean. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. staff were very pleasant and helpful
Disliked: Not enough of a cereal selection for breakfast and no fruit unless you paid extra with yoghurt and I just like fruit with my cereal
