Liked: Great space, everything was clean and very spacious.
Disliked: We went in cold temperatures sou the bathroom had little heating. Apart from that everything was great.

Disliked: Honestly, despite requesting assistance, no one helped us with our luggage when leaving the hotel. For the last two days, we woke up to construction noise. The hotel was quite good in terms of cleanliness; however, water was not provided in the room every day

Liked: Clean room, very pleasant staff.
Disliked: I think they should replenish soda and snacks every day... not just provide them on the first day. This way of doing things penalizes those who stay longer. The maid closed my CPAP line in a drawer... smashing it. Our first night on a low floor was noisy in the morning.

Wouldn’t risk staying in this...

Liked: The property is beautifully located. The room was without a window- rather the only window had been closed with a dark blind so we couldn’t see outside nor get any sunlight or daylight even into the room. Check in was the worst ever experience. I had booked for 3 adults and 2 children - two rooms, one with an extra bed- that’s what I always do via booking.com- I am a genius level 3 member here.We arrived from Boston late as the train was late and reached the hotel about 10:30pm. It was close to the person at reception’s end of shift at 11 pm though I did not know that then. He checked us in and gave us the keys to two rooms and when we went upstairs we found two beds each so needed the extra bed. It has happened that the hotel has not put the extra bed in- but this receptionist said we had booked two rooms- correct/ but for 5 persons- which he corrected himself after insisting I had booked two rooms and that’s all- then he said he had no extra beds so he was going to call his supervisor and I needed to wait for a response- then after a wait he tells me that he can’t get his supervisor on the phone andthis is what we have and if we want an extra bed we need to wait for his supervisor to call back, which could be in the morning. Or we could go out and find ourselves another place to stay. Then he said I would have to upgrade paying an extra $75 per day for the upgrade or go find myself some other hotel. This was almost 11 pm by that time. I repeated this a few times to make sure I understood him and then said I would pay- so I went downstairs and paid the extra money and got the key to the room so the children could go to sleep- we had an early start the next day. The bed was not made in this room either- I had to call the housekeeping and they sent someone with the bed linen and we had to make our own bed.

Wonderful break in New York...

Liked: Loved everything about the hotel. Location fantastic, room lovely and staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would love to return
