Liked: Not far from home.
Disliked: Kettle and coffee machine not working in room.Informed staff of when I would like to arrive, in line with booking a Romance package for nearly an additional £100 for me and my guest to arrive, yet my room not even be ready. Beyond the normal check in time of 3pm. My room was not ready until after 5pm.

Liked: I loved the fact we were greeted by friendly staff as we drove up and it was very easy to park just outside the hotel. The room had a great outlook and was already prepared as a suite so my daughter's bed was ready. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and there were enough loungers for us. Food was delicious - we had a fantastic meal in the restaurant and breakfast in our room was incredibly tasty.
Disliked: Unfortunately the lift was broken so we had to use the staff one. Our meal in the restaurant took a little while to come out and some of the waiting staff could be a little more attentive - they were however very friendly. The food when it arrived was delicious and good value for money. The lockers were tricky to use in the ladies' changing room.

Could be better.
Liked: I was able to check my bag in early.
Disliked: £8 for a bottle of beer whilst waiting for my room is excessive. Confusion at breakfast over rooms that had paid several guests all being questioned to show paper part of key holder to confirm. Room very hot and thermostat seemingly did nothing to lower the temp. No power sockets near the bed. Rooms looking tired.

Liked: Rakesh helped set up a sofa bed in the suite he was professional polite and friendly.We were upgraded to a suite but did not get twin had requested something to do with the booking. But with sofa bed was fine.Good breakfastAnchor restaurant very expensive Spa area great

Don’t waste your money at...
Liked: There wasn’t anything I liked about this property apart from the view
Disliked: I didn’t like the staff as they cannot follow instructions after asking three times for a cot and not receiving one and the piece of glass we found in the bathroom luckily we found it as it could’ve gone wrong and the rudeness of the phone call back from them

Disliked: Balcony door doesn’t open in the suite we rented Furniture too old not upholstered in the room and in lobbyBreakfast was not of high standards super basicAlso our room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon around 5 pm though we had the clean room sign on the door since morning so we had to remind them and they said the staff is still cleaning.
