GREAT EXPERIENCE !

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.The staff were pleasantMost importantly i appreciated the hotels gesture of placing balloons, a nice Happy birthday piece of cake and a towel arrangement mimicking a three tier cake to celebrate my daughter who turned 21
Disliked: The elevator made some creaky noises

Liked: Shower was excellentRoom was cleanBed was super comfortable along with the pillowsOnly downside, although very minor it was noticeable, that the wardrobes higher shelf was dusty. Simple to fix, so no real issues until someone chooses to place clothes there and finds that part out.
Disliked: Wasn't anything I didn't like, staff suoer friendly and helpful, atmosphere relaxing.Dinner and breakfast were great.Don't think there was anything not to be liked.The pool was not available due to repairs but not a big deal for the stay, my other half enjoyed the spa greatly.Would definitely come again.

Liked: I really liked the size of the rooms and the view from the balcony. It was also extremely clean.
Disliked: In the room both tvs kept shutting off after a few minutes of viewing and for the price really I would expect smart tvs in the rooms that are easy to use

Disliked: Location made taxis required for all journies

Would definitely come back, but...

Liked: The rooms are really spacious. Always clean. Room service was great. Location great. Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I left a cashmere hot water bottle behind and when I called to let them know only a few hours after check out, I was told that it wasn’t there, which is was 100%. The lady on the phone was very unhelpful and rude. The cleaners must have taken it.

Liked: The only good thing about the hotel was the location.
Disliked: It is very slow and difficult to communicate with staff.Generally old and aged decoration throughout. It's hard to order any foot to the room. Very slow with the preparation with the food. Not tasty at all.The view of the marina was nice but hard to see through the very dirty windows. The shower was too old and there was not enough hot water.

Liked: As always, the room and the hotel in general were good
Disliked: Too long to wait to check in. Too many emails telling me the "rules". Only one of three lifts working. Long wait every time.
