Wonderful stay at the Chelsea...

Liked: Our room was very spacious with great facilities. The room was actually a lot bigger than we expected it to be! We enjoyed using the pool and sauna facilities, and the cocktails at happy hour were excellent. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit of a walk away from the nearest underground station - about 15-20 minutes (aware that the hotel can’t really do anything about this!) Me and my partner didn’t mind this but I’m aware that it could be a bit challenging for others.

Excellent value for money in...

Liked: We were spending time in Chelsea and Battersea so the location was excellent. We used the Uber Water Bus to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms are all suites, which means they are very spacious for a family. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. It was very quiet and the swimming pool was a bonus for the children when we wanted a more relaxed morning.
Disliked: The decor of the rooms was a bit dated, but everything was clean and comfortable so for the price, this did not worry me.
