I had a great stay...

Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful.It was very clean all round and the room was very spacious.Great location too.
Disliked: The spa was a bit dated and small.

Liked: Location and food in restaurant and cleaning service
Disliked: Pool was so small and the suite wasn’t as expected and really dark. Some of the staff weren’t as pleasant and helpful as others

Stunning service, exceptional stay

Liked: Room was exceptionally well furnished and designed. Enough space and a stunning bathroom. Everything you would need was provided right down to make up removal pads to keep the pillows fresh. Stunning service for an exceptional stay. From doorman, reception to the absolutely thorough and friendly butler service and cleaning/ hygiene team. Round the clock care for a home-from-home experience
