The customer service was terrible. They charged me twice for the room and it was a hassle to get my money refunded. I called multiple times and couldn't get a call back. I ended up having to contact Hilton to get any results.

Disliked: The air didn't seem to be working. The room was hot. They double charged us and was a hassle to get my money back.

Liked: Spacious and comfortable rooms, good lighting. Restaurant on site as well as Starbucks . Valet parking available made convenient. Fast check in and out.In a quiet area of town.
Disliked: Long walk to end of hallway off elevator far end of building, I could hear noise from above floor and down hall.

Liked: The bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The location is odd and extremely difficult to locate in the dark. There are no clear indications regarding guest parking other than the location of the valet.
