The customer service was terrible. They charged me twice for the room and it was a hassle to get my money refunded. I called multiple times and couldn't get a call back. I ended up having to contact Hilton to get any results.
Liked: Close to our venue.
Disliked: The air didn't seem to be working. The room was hot. They double charged us and was a hassle to get my money back.

Really disappointing
Liked: The main bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
Disliked: We paid for a “courtyard view suite” and got a view of a roof and a parking lot. The room was aging with cracked paint and dirt/dust in every crevice. The pull-out couch was not made up and when we asked them to do that, they just left sheets at the door that did not fit the bed. Staff seemed bored at best, not very friendly. The overall design of the room was dated and extremely unintuitive (eg. the bedside lamp light switch was 5 feet up the wall so you could not get to it without standing, the bathroom light switch was behind the door so the only way to turn it on was to walk into the room and shut yourself in the dark, there is a serious lack of plugs in convenient locations, the phone was unplugged just sitting on the counter so there’s no way to call the front desk, etc.). We picked this more expensive hotel as a treat on the way home from visiting family for the holidays, but the budget hotels we stayed at on the way down were much nicer and half the price.
