The customer service was terrible. They charged me twice for the room and it was a hassle to get my money refunded. I called multiple times and couldn't get a call back. I ended up having to contact Hilton to get any results.

Hotel part was great but...

Liked: The hotel was great. Hotel staff was great. Great location
Disliked: Went to high rail rooftop Saturday night around 8:00. When we got there and sat down outside. The waiter and waitress never came over to ask us if we needed anything . They helped everybody around us even the people that came in after us. Paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel and to treated like that is wrong. Would love to understand what went wrong besides the color of our skin. We was there about a hour and had to go inside and get our on drinks from the bartender. I don’t know if the hotel owns high rail but if so. Someone need to talk to them before they mess up a great reputation.
