Liked: Welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location on the Parade for our short stay. Spotless room. Only downside was the ‘dribble’ of water from the walk-in shower, which we assumed might have been a water pressure issue to our 4th floor accommodation. Otherwise a very enjoyable 2-night stay.

Liked: The luxury of it all, felt totally spoilt.
Disliked: The shower head was poor in our room.

Very disappointing.

Liked: Location good and bed large and comfortable.
Disliked: The room was expensive but there was no wardrobe - just an alcove with a rail. Chipped furniture, the bare minimum on the welcome tray and sparse toiletries. Plus no room service.

Liked: Central just by the pier near to restaurants. We had Seaview so paid extra. All good but the season had not started restaurant
Disliked: Restaurant to be open as we are elderly but as the season is not on we understandwe

A Truly Delightful Stay!

Liked: Breakfast offered good options in foods that were fresh and well-prepared. The breakfast/dining room is well-furnished, comfortable, and offers a wall of hand decorated silk. Really quite beautiful. Service is excellent. Generally our stay proved to be a delight. Every member staff was exceptionally kind, informative, courteous and helpful at all times.
Disliked: The en suite had a hand basin tap requiring attention.

Weekend away

Liked: Lovely hotel, clean comfortable rooms , lovely lounge/bar areas, friendly helpful staff. Only negative was no draft lager/beer and £5 for the smallest bottle of Moretti .
