Liked: Good freshly cooked breakfast. Lovely location overlooking the river.
Disliked: Written instructions in the room on how to operate the coffee machine would have been very useful!

Exceptional hotel with incredible hospitality!

Liked: The staff were exceptional, always smiling and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble .The food was really lovely, it was warm, comfortable and had absolutely everything you could wish for. I couldn’t fault it!
