Very nice except at departure...

Liked: The room was excellent. The surroundings and functions at the hotel were excellent.Room service for three breakfasts was fantastic.
Disliked: We had problems leaving the hotel. Two calls to the front desk on Sunday morning 12/8/24 requesting baggage assistance and our vehicle did not go well. We waited for nearly an hour until I went to obtain a baggage cart myself at which time I finally received assistance.We also requested a copy of our bill and as of today, 12/9/24 I still have not received the bill.

Liked: Loved the location. It was close to shopping and all kinds of cute restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful. ALL of the staff were the most helpful and friendliest!
Disliked: The hotel was under renovations when we stayed so the pool and spay weren't available. Before booking I knew that was going to be the case but what I didn't like is that our room was right next to the renovations and they started working and making noise between 8 and 9 am every morning. I paid for club level. All the noise was just a negative experience.
