Liked: The hotel room was so quiet and clean! The parking was free for the weekend in a secure parking garage. I had a little bit of trouble finding the hotel because I did not realize it was on the Washington University campus, but the front desk helped me and they were very friendly. The grounds are pretty and it felt safe to walk around. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Maybe a little more clear on the actual location

Liked: good location, nice staff, comfortable room (but not plush)
Disliked: The gym space is only okay, actually a bit subpar if you ask me. Also, the website claimed the hotel offered a free continental breakfast--which was a key reason for booking that hotel--but then it turned out that it wasn't available (b/c summer). That should have been clear from the start. And their only recommendation for breakfast was the nearby dining hall which we did not go to after looking up reviews. Also, I do wish that we could have gotten an even later check-out (1pm still too early for us), but I recognize that may not be reasonable on their end.

Beautiful, relaxing and efficient.

Liked: It’s a modern, fresh design and has a focus on energy efficiency/sustainability. It feels very European in the details that are just well designed and convenient. Great to have access to a little coffee/cafe nearby, and all the amenities with the pantry were a nice surprise. Nespresso coffee maker on each floor and laundry machines no charge. The soap/shampoo collection is lovely and good quality.

Disliked: One of the Staff member was rude, and she double checked in my room. Someone knocked my room when we were there, and he could open it my door
