Disliked: Room did not have advertised sofa.Breakfast was poor. Drinks machines not kept topped up with ingredients - L:atte came out scummy & black!Food not replenished when consumed. Bread rolls only partly cooked. Pastries miniscule.

Excellent stay as always

Liked: The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. There is a lovely, comfortable bar area leading onto a dining room, The lower ground floor is suitable for dog owners like us and all areas are beautifully decorated. The Restaurant Manager was so nice and our dog Lily loved him. The rooms have recently ben upgraded and were very spacious and clean.

Liked: breakfast was very good bed very comfortable .very clean everywhere . Very welcoming when we checked in . The 3 staff that served us for our evening meal were excellent . All very friendly and efficient .
