Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Liked: Great location as always, very good room and with great facilities and service throughout. The food in the restaurant was also delicious!
Disliked: We were very cold on one of our nights and the radiators were not turned, had to call reception for extra blankets/duvets. Funnily enough, the radiators were turned on the next morning!

Superb

Liked: Staff pleasant, polite and friendly. Loved adjoining antique and gift shop. Location lovely, country park stately.home and good garden centre all within five minutes walk.
Disliked: Would have appreciated morning newspaper.

It was OK but also...

Liked: Had a free upgrade to a suite
Disliked: Had a free upgrade to a very tired suite with out dated furniture and a tv in the lounge that didn't work on the first day was fixed after reporting for the next night. First breakfast the plates were cold so the breakfast went cold immediately the second morning by 8.45 they had run out of eggs pastries no cutlery juice machine not working properly pretty disappointing. This place could be so nice with more effort from most staff wasn't even asked how our stay was when I handed key in she just took it of me.

Liked: Its location next to the RSC, the quality of the accommodation and the size of our room, the quality of the food and service ce and the courteous staff.
Disliked: N/A

Overall I liked the venue...

Liked: Clean and tidy with friendly staff. Check in/out an easy process. Good road access to where we needed to be.
Disliked: I found the mattress too firm (had a poor sleep) and not all items were available at breakfast. The cooked items were luke warm also.

Lovely stay

Liked: Room was lovely, full of character and very comfortable, staff friendly and cheerful.Stayed here several times over the years and never been disappointed
