Overall, our stay was comfortable,...

Liked: The pool area was excellent, featuring a sauna, bathrooms equipped with showers, and a convenient changing area. The water was warm, and the kids had a great time enjoying the facilities.
Disliked: The Chandler hotel offered a variety of breakfast options, but unfortunately, none were gluten-free. Additionally, the protein choices, such as eggs and sausages, were neither appetizing nor particularly healthy. The room itself could have benefitted from a loveseat or sofa to provide a more comfortable lounging area.

Liked: The biggest most spacious hotel room I've ever stayed in.

Exceedingly poor value for money...

Liked: Clean, adequate parking.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was exceedingly noisy and disturbed our sleep and we were really tired after 3 nights. We ended up switching the units off but even then the frost setting kept switching it back on. There is no bar or restaurant, and no cooked breakfast and at $200 per night exceedingly poor value for money, Only one restaurant within walking distance.

Liked: The spacious room, the location, the main entrance lobby area
Disliked: Complete lack of furniture in the room, no chairs or table in the room apart from a small desk with just one chair. For a room with a kitchen, the lack of furniture was completely inadequate. No hangers in the tiny wardrobe. The television not working, the breakfast had a highlight of fresh fruit, a bowl of lemons, everything else came out of a packet.

Liked: The property was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The game room was very hot. Upon our arrival, we were told we got switched to a king room even though I reserved 2 queens. The front desk associate told me on booking, I put 1 adult and 1 child. This was false, I later on checked my reservation and it was for 2 adults. I feel like should get what I booked. Oh and my rooms's phone didn't work.
