Liked: I received a phone call as I was unable to stay here but the staff had organised accommodation at its neighbouring hotel on hindley Street and it was a great stay. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom products were really nice. Really satisfied with the accommodation.

Great stay in the heart...

Liked: The location was just what we wanted, but the pool and the spa were wonderful and such a bonus for the kids,and the bedrooms were very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Rooms refurbished, modern & clean Staff very friendly
Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions when we stay in the city However in future I will look elsewhere. This is because I asked for twins rooms & got a double & no carpet in foyer & restaurant was not open . I don’t think I should be paying full price with refurbishment going on & faculties shut. Also during our stay my mum tripped over the trim on bottom of door on the lift as it came loose. Luckily she was not inured, just shook up.

Exceptional

Liked: The receptionist was very friendly and nice. Currently their food area is under renovation. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The pool area is a bit echoey. Parking not far.. about 5 minutes walking with 24 hour pass.. but more suitable for small and normal cars.. big cars struggle to park. Overall, we enjoyed our night there.
Disliked: The only thing I don't really like is,, i can hear people walking at the corridor, and when others open or close their door.. it's a bit loud. Especially at night.
