Spacious, clean, tasteful and central.

Liked: Presentation excellent and location perfect.
Disliked: Night time noise which continued till after midnight, namely music and loud vehicles. We stayed on a Friday night so possibly the worst night for noise? It's a tastefully restored historic building, c 1910 - so a nod to that (eg photo) in the room would have added to the old Dunedin heritage vibe.

Disliked: A bit of a faff getting into hotel and finding the car park. Once settled it was OK.
