Very impersonal and not good...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Didn’t appreciate when booking, that the room, described as a studio, was more like a small box with a skylight. Very small and claustrophobic. No staff to be seen.

Liked: The description on the room online was different to the room we got. The only window was a skylight and it was very uncomfortable to sleep

Amazing. Have stayed multiple times...

Liked: Everything, we’ve stayed there twice and would stay again in a heartbeat. So close to everything in town and just a good central location anyway. Spacious, beautiful high ceilings and windows and comfy for our two year old to not feel penned in, the kitchen facilities are great, beds comfortable and staff have been wonderful to deal with.
Disliked: Nothing really, only very minor complaint is the shower head is a pain to use, the pressure is great but it doesn’t stay in one place and ultimately floods the bathroom sometimes. Underfloor heating sorts that out though!

Classy and comfortable

Liked: Well placed in the centre of town. Modern, well appointed and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing really! The parking space provided has a very low and tight access. Not ideal for tall vehicles or ones with front spoilers.

Liked: Great bed and pillows. Excellent bathroom

Liked: The shower.
Disliked: Room had no windows. Only a skylight. Felt like I was trapped.Not the room I had booked.

Disliked: Parking is limited and hard to find, both paid (hotel provided) and street parking. No maned reception is frustrating for guests, needing to follow a whole bunch of instructions for every aspect of the hotel
