Liked: The location is great for what we wanted to do and we were in walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. The room had some of the better pillows at hotels too which made for a better nights sleep. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The breakfast on the weekend was nice to have but it was just too sugary. Would like to see some healthier options. It looked like there were some nice outdoor amenities but they were closed. It would have been nice to use those.

Liked: The location. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. One was not.
Disliked: The queen size bed was not queen size. The mattress was old and very soft with a big sway in the middle. We did not have complete towels sets on either day. We had to request face cloths and got one. The next day we got one torn facecloth. Our room was not made up after being out for 6 hours. When we called the desk they told us we had to ask for the service. We were not told that on registering at the desk.

Hope to be back again!

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and pleasant! The location was excellent. It was fun to take the subway and walk to our sporting events in the area.
