Very tired, not equipped for...

Liked: The room was clean enough and very spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Ridiculous prices for a pretty tired-looking hotel. The staff were pleasant enough but not particularly friendly. Absolutely terrible cocktails! Nowhere to work as we were kicked out of the restaurant during breakfast and the staff had music blaring in the bar area after breakfast service plus all the tables were filthy and no-one was wiping them down. Was forced to sit in the tiny reception area with others in the same predicament but the tiny tables were so flimsy they kept tipping up with just the laptop and light pressure while typing. Would not stay again.

Liked: Everything is good, including location, spacious room, excellent amenities, good breakfast, and exceptionally courteous and professional staff.
Disliked: I didnt dislike anything

Great area for a london...

Liked: excellent location between the city and the tower of london, we had a balcony room , big enough, especially for london.The rooms are very clean, with refills of coffee and tea in the room
Disliked: The Staff , the staff : It seems like they are here but not really here, they work in this hotel but its just a job like another, not a care in the world. The staff turnover must be quite high in this place. Also they seem unconnected, unrelated to eachother, sometimes you are not even sure that they know who actually works there or not.

Need a room where window...
