Just north of Tower Bridge this friendly and comfortable hotel is near to the Tower of London Tower Bridge the 'Gherkin' the river and St Katharine Docks. Free WiFi is available throughout. Exceptional Stay - comfort, service...

Liked: Everything is good, including location, spacious room, excellent amenities, good breakfast, and exceptionally courteous and professional staff.
Disliked: I didnt dislike anything

Great area for a london...

Liked: excellent location between the city and the tower of london, we had a balcony room , big enough, especially for london.The rooms are very clean, with refills of coffee and tea in the room
Disliked: The Staff , the staff : It seems like they are here but not really here, they work in this hotel but its just a job like another, not a care in the world. The staff turnover must be quite high in this place. Also they seem unconnected, unrelated to eachother, sometimes you are not even sure that they know who actually works there or not.
