Disliked: It was run down, dirty and staff were poorly trained. Breakfast was disgraceful, nothing replenished and staff running around aimlessly with no management supervision or structure

Loved the hotel apart from...

Liked: It was clean really well-presented perfect location on the whole the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent meal in the restaurant on Saturday afternoon. Loved the breakfast too!
Disliked: When we arrived the receptionist wasn’t particularly friendly and the shower would run ok and then you would be hit with a blast of hot or cold water!
