Liked: Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, the breakfast was also very decent. I liked the 'old-fashion' aesthetic in the rooms, it suits the location.
Disliked: Breakfast slots can get busy and then the service gets slow, better to choose an earlier slot or avoid the hot dishes if you're in a hurry.

Liked: Staff were really helpful, welcoming and friendly, for a London hotel it felt very personal, reception, bar staff and dining experience really good
Disliked: Room felt a bit small for king deluxe but it was clean and comfortable, problem with tv and coffee machine rectified immediately and request for extra pillow

An exceptional hotel.

Liked: Beautiful large bedroom, extremely comfortable bed, lovely hot shower, TV great. Nice free chocolates! Breakfast was a veritable feast. The staff were super friendly at all times.
Disliked: I cannot think of any negatives.
