Liked: Location was great for our purpose. Toilet seat about to fall off. Drain plug not in. Water pressure was very low. Housekeeping didn’t even make the bed or vaccum. Nothing worse coming back from a long day and your room is not fixed up. Was very disappointing.

Wouldn’t stay here again, restaurant...

Liked: It was unique and had a cool listening lounge.
Disliked: One of the reasons we chose this location is not being familiar with Memphis, we were uncomfortable venturing out at night for dinner so we wanted a restaurant on site. However, upon attempting to locate the restaurant we were notified it was closed for restoration. This is something the website should have noted. Also, the bar had a DJ which was fun while at the bar. However, even on the third floor, we could hear the bass so loudly in our room it prevented us from sleeping.

Disappointed Couple

Liked: I like the sitting and bar areas.
Disliked: The ceiling in the room was unfinished, everything I touched was dusty. The window sills, the area where the TV was , bathroom floor was dirty, the shower had hair on floor. I wanted to like the hotel but the housekeeping was la cking and missing in some areas. Maybe it was because the room was a discount deal, evenso they should have been clean.

Liked: We needed a hotel that would allow a big dog, Central Station was perfect. Our golden even joined us in the bar.

Convenient location at train station...

Liked: Right at train station. Only about a 15 minute walk to Beale Street. Beds were good.
Disliked: Room is small if you have quite a bit of luggage. Having the tv on the side wall was annoying if you like to watch tv from bed. First room we tried the heat wouldn’t come on plus we noticed the tv configuration so we switched to another room but the tv configuration was the same plus it was quite a bit smaller. Broken reading lamp but that may have just happened. All in all, I expected a little bit better considering this is a Hilton. It’s the most expensive hotel we’re staying at on this trip and we did get it because of an early train we had to catch, but I wouldn’t stay here again for that price.
