Would return, hopefully a different...

Liked: Facilities were good. Building was nicer than most newer hotels.
Disliked: The Bartender on Sunday, should not have a job working with the public. Had the most I don’t care, attitude I’ve seen in years. The only turnoff of the whole stay. Front desk was awesome (really) dj on Sunday night was fantastic as well.

Liked: Location was great for our purpose. Toilet seat about to fall off. Drain plug not in. Water pressure was very low. Housekeeping didn’t even make the bed or vaccum. Nothing worse coming back from a long day and your room is not fixed up. Was very disappointing.

Wouldn’t stay here again, restaurant...

Liked: It was unique and had a cool listening lounge.
Disliked: One of the reasons we chose this location is not being familiar with Memphis, we were uncomfortable venturing out at night for dinner so we wanted a restaurant on site. However, upon attempting to locate the restaurant we were notified it was closed for restoration. This is something the website should have noted. Also, the bar had a DJ which was fun while at the bar. However, even on the third floor, we could hear the bass so loudly in our room it prevented us from sleeping.
