Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable
Disliked: The kitchen was not well equipped and the dishwasher was not bolted to the cabinet so it fall forward when loading and was a bit dangerous if you have young children.

Unexpectedly spacious and elegant

Liked: Very clean and spacious. Great new furniture.
Disliked: Our shower curtain was missing but I'm sure it was a simple oversight.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Always clean and ready., Instructions are clear. Carmen is always easy to contact and responds quickly.. Plenty of parking. Nice town, you can walk to shopping and restaurants.. Pictures are accurate. Beds are comfy. Nice bathroom. Found a nearby restaurant a short drive. RJ. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed the Central Downtown...

Liked: The location is ideal. Located near main street allows a visitor to explore Downtown Pittsfield with ease. The suites are spacious. It give you the experience of being "at home" while away. This is ideal for folks who are out and about during the day and want to regroup. The suite came fully stocked with utensils, plates, glassware - all the luxuries of home. There is a place to work if your trip is a mix of business and pleasure.
Disliked: The room was spacious but the bathroom could use an upgrade. The shower needed to be fixed - the water pressure was weak and the shower had a slow drip.

Like having a condo in...

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is a one bedroom apartment. We loved having a living room and a Kitchen. We will be back.
Disliked: There are no elevators so if you have difficulty with stairs, ask for a unit on the first floor.
