Disliked: Didn't have daily service and when we requested service they took towels but didn't replace them.

Liked: Great location, lovely room and staff were very friendly and professional, free tea and coffee also much appreciated.
Disliked: It’s New York - mid town so overpriced but that comes with the territory. However, they do not clean the room unless you’re staying for more than 4 nights (something we didn’t know) and there is not only no breakfast but no restaurant or cafe on site either, keep that in mind when you book for this price. We asked for a clean because of allergy and they did clean up the room.

Liked: - absolutely great location right in the middle of Manhattan, you can get anywhere very easily with Grand Central Station being just around the corner -- very spacious and luxurious rooms- very big bathroom - helpful and friendly staff
Disliked: - for the price I would honestly expect daily cleaning and that you wouldn’t have to ask for toiletries to be restocked. That should just be standard.

Hilton Club Central Hotel Review

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location, right beside alot of the main tourist attractions and if you like walking you can do alot of them on foot. Staff were very friendly and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was great. Hotel was very clean, beds were super comfortable and bathroom had great facilities with nice big shower.
Disliked: It is not a given your room is cleaned everyday. We had to request our room was cleaned outside the scheduled times but this was not a problem. There was no room service, restaurant or bar so I'd flying in late make sure your prepared for this..
