Very disappointed to pay $150 plus a $9 parking fee for the bottom of the barrrel room. 2/5 - would not recommend.

Disliked: Hidden fees.

Liked: Very nice room and the free shuttle to the Spokane Arena.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Having to use your room card to get out of the parking lot.

Great location. Well-trained staff.

Liked: The staff are very well trained and everyone was quite friendly.
Disliked: I was awoken in the night be some loud noises that stopped periodically and then came back again. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The next morning I asked to change rooms and the front desk did it quickly and without questioning why. I think that maybe they had had this complaint before? Which then begs the question, if someone else had complained then why was the room reassigned before the problem was fixed?

Liked: Hotel was clean, bed was super comfortable and staff was all excellent
Disliked: The only complaint I can even think of was that the shower curtain was too short for the shower and a lot of water leaked out when using it

Liked: We love the location - being central to all our family and friends. Love that it's dog friendly!!! Beautiful views of the park and river, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Guest parking could be improved.

Liked: I liked that the property was conveniently located in all the spots that I needed to be on my trip. I’ve stayed at that hotel before in the past before it was owned by the Davenport and they used to have a indoor pool and hot tub. I would highly suggest bringing back the indoor hot tub
Disliked: I was located in a room that was facing towards the lobby, which was totally fine however at 7 AM in the morning when the music in the lobby went on, you definitely could hear that loudly in my room. I would suggest waiting to start the music till later in the morning and orpossibly putting on different types of more soothing music.

Disliked: Mold growing in ceiling fan. Weird smell in room when first checked in. I had to open the balcony door and air it out. I've stayed at this hotel several times in past. First time I had issue with cleanliness of room . Room was also smaller than I expected.

Perfect for hockey night

Liked: I liked the lobby and bar restraunt area. We went to a hockey game, able to walk to the arena.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Liked: We stay here consistently because we love the pet friendly room. Now that we have a pet it makes it very easy.
Disliked: The exterior pet area had not been cleaned or emptied in over a month or more. Poop bags spilling out all over the grass. Party stuff left over from new years all over the grass out side. Our room had not been cleaned working heat and we didn’t know till about 9pm! Would not get above 58 degrees. They finally moved us to a new room. The guy at the front desk was great!
