Very disappointed to pay $150 plus a $9 parking fee for the bottom of the barrrel room. 2/5 - would not recommend.

Liked: Very nice room and the free shuttle to the Spokane Arena.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Having to use your room card to get out of the parking lot.

Disliked: We had a handicap access room with a roll-in shower that was okay but the shower curtain was 10” too short and the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower! Also, I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have some sort of information book in the room. In addition, the maid never once (in five days) made our bed which I’ve never experienced before.

Disliked: The beds were very soft and the rooms were a bit small. Also, the parking pass didn’t work on exit so had to go get a new one to leave.

Liked: Nice location for walking to the Civic Theater. We appreciated the service in the restaurant. The architecture is well-designed so balconies are private.

Liked: It was nice and clean and beautiful and had a great location.
Disliked: I just don't understand how such a nice and fancy establishment that you're already paying a bunch of money for to stay at and they charge you for parking on top of it and don't give it back to you. That's kind of horseshit to me. And it sucked there was no complimentary anything. Kinda disappointing for how you pay to stay there. And I still can't believe they charge you $15.00 to park there.
