Very disappointed to pay $150 plus a $9 parking fee for the bottom of the barrrel room. 2/5 - would not recommend.

Liked: Very nice room and the free shuttle to the Spokane Arena.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Having to use your room card to get out of the parking lot.

Missed opportunity at a place...

Liked: The location was ideal.
Disliked: Staff missed the opportunity multiple times to provide support, rather offering only “upgrades” to accommodate basic requests. It was really disappointing. The hotel staff had zero control over people in the lobby and halls until the late hours. Lead to an unpleasant stay and worse night sleep.

Liked: The hotel itself was nice but I did not get the room bookings com told me I would receive and I never received my deposit back

Disliked: There wasn’t any coffee in the room and when we called the front desk they said we could come down and get some. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at has brought whatever was missing to the room immediately. I just thought it was a lapse in customer service

Disliked: Too soft mattress and carpet in room gives the impression of not being able to be truly clean
