Brilliant stay, we would come...

Liked: Loads to do at the property, activities, spa, loads of restaurants to try even a shop. It was full of facilities and choices.Staff are lovely and very helpful.The choice of restaurants are endless with beautiful food.The spa was lovely with a nice big pool and a treatment room with loads of choices
Disliked: The booking treatments online didn’t work for us, we had to ring up and book, I also filled a form in to get help with the booking and no one got back to us. We did not have robes in the room, but the lovely Spa staff gave us robes.Parking is expensive especially when you’re paying so much for the room and facilities already.

Disappointing drop in standards.

Liked: Hotel in general as a welcome and space.
Disliked: Pool access was very restricted. A swim lane in the middle of the pool which meant you had to get out and move to other side as couldn't cross the swim lane. Guests complained when we did which lifeguard enforced but thought bad planning for the majority of guests who were just enjoying the pool.No robes in our room. Had booked treatments and wanted to wear a robe. Asked at reception and they had none. Asked at spa entrance and they had none! Ordered food in the bar and they forgot some of our order. Had to ask multiple times for multiple items that had been missed.Breakfast. One coffee machine was working for roughly 100+ guests. Minimal staff and so crowding of food which was not hygienic given people were coughing and huddling over it all.
