Liked: Grand Place made you feel like royalty ,the only thing that let it down for me was the hot tub not working I don’t understand why there is a separate hot tub for females and another hot tub and a different room for males. Don’t you think it would be a lot better if the hot tubs were out by the main pool so that you could get into them as couples or families?. as for the stuff unbelievably kind go out of their way to help you , it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in where the staff has been so helpful , definitely stay there again .

Liked: I've stayed before, but when Celtic manor is cheaper than a travel lodge, it's a no-brainer. But when on arrival, you're upgraded to a signature suite (which I'd booked on my previous visit), it makes for an even more pleasant stay. Sadly, it was only a brief overnight stay, but I'm already looking forward to my next stay.o

Gorgeous building, grounds and location...

Liked: Room lovely, great view, clean, comfortable and good facilities.Lifts inadequate for number of people, we gave up and used stairs even with bags and we were in 9th floor and I don’t think hotel was busy. Food in Olive Tree was not great both at dinner and breakfast. Staff and service in Merlin’s was really slow and the whole system of holding cards for payment was not made clear. Had high expectations and was disappointed unfortunately.
