Convenient for what we needed...

Liked: Location is great and the lobby and staff were super accommodating
Disliked: The rooms are tiny for what you pay for and the room we stayed in was not clean - there was a layer of dust on the notepad by the bed. Even though we were on the 8th floor you could hear noise from outside and the bed was not comfortable and the shower leaked water everywhere on the bathroom floor.

Disliked: Location is just perfect, and the staff is great! We did not like the bed, the pillows and found a the lack of attention to details (lot of used or broken pieces if the room and inside the hotel).

Liked: The location is perfect and great walking distance to Oxford street, Regent street and many more. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The pressure in the shower was not very strong.
