Disliked: Room very outdated, no plugs next to the beds. Bathroom tiles are dirty and shower was leaking and very little pressure.

Warm, clean and perfectly located.

Liked: Cleanliness, polite reception staff. Warm, cozy room with a lovely view. The location was great for The London Palladium.
Disliked: Bed was extremely hard so had a restless night. Whilst there was decaffeinated tea in our room, there wasn't any in the restaurant. Table service was poor at peak time as not enough staff.

Disliked: The bed was like sleeping on marble, it was so hard
