Located in the heart of Cowes on Phillip Island The Castle - Villa by the Sea offers luxurious Mediterranean-style accommodations with free on-site parking. It is a 2-minute walk from the Phillip Island Beach and a 5-minute walk from many restaurants breakfast cafes and shops in Cowes township. Each suite has it's own private balcony overlooking the gardens. 1 suite has its own private court yard and open air shower. I highly recommend staying at...

Liked: It is very well set up, nice and quiet, very cozy, cute and comfortable. The owner is lovely
Disliked: The walls are very thin and the floor creaks in places so it felt like we had to whisper a lot

Garden suite is lovely! Would...

Liked: The bath and shower were great. Towels and linen were comfy and plentiful. Also liked the compendium tips and homemade movie selection.
Disliked: Weird bathroom situation. Fridge and microwave on room next to the toilet, which didn’t have a proper door.

Liked: It was clean and the staff were friendly

Priced well for the time...

Liked: The gardens were unique and nice to walk through seeing fauna and flora. The location is excellent, in walking distance to shops and food vendors, and beach.
Disliked: The outdoor shower was a novelty, but was very cold. Would be nice to have a shower option inside, without possums. Place is run down and needs a deep clean.
