Liked: Great location and very welcoming staff. Very authentic character property with very comfortable and warm room.
Disliked: Bar and restaurant seemed short staffed, breakfast was ok but could have been better.

Disliked: We requested a Double Bed and we had 2 single beds. All night you could hear the heating system and water running through the pipes. We turned our radiator down in our room but the room was still too warm due to pipes running from our room to the other rooms being hot. We booked a room in the restaurant for 5 o'clock and food didn't arrive will gone 6 o'clock. There didn't seem to be enough staff on site.

Disliked: Published time for Sunday breakfast needs changing! I was asked what time I wanted breakfast for each day, which was 8am. On Sunday the doors were all locked at 8am and I discovered later they don’t do breakfast til 8.30, which is uunderstandable, but they need to change the times in their literature.
