Liked: Personell was very friendly!!Loved the location to outlets, food and soccer field where my son played.I loved that hotel is high up on a little hill overlooking surroundings. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay

Thoughtful accommodations on a beautiful...

Liked: We liked that someone actually took into account that a family of four might not be able to squish into a small two-queen room. The one bedroom was absolutely perfect as there was space for everyone and a bed for everyone. More places should offer this!

Exceptional

We wont be staying again.

Liked: We have stayed here before. We think its a beautiful property.
Disliked: It is too loud. We wanted to have a nice dinner but it was so loud in the lobby we changed our mind. There were children running around and not one person in the hotel told any of the parents to reel in their children. You could not even sit in the lobby on the furniture as the kids were jumping on all the furniture.

Cassara is an exceptional property...

Liked: The Cassara was exceptional. The accessibility and location to Legoland was fantastic. Staff were bright, cheery, and accommodating. The food was amazing. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!
Disliked: Nothing! We loved it all!

Beautiful hotel - beware promised...

Liked: Comfortable bed, spacious, clean room, great pool & jacuzzi. Pool view of ocean is glorious.
Disliked: Did not know parking was an extra $32/ night! For a $300 room I think parking should be included.They have a sign at the front desk saying $25 off any food & beverage. They told me I didn't have to do or say anything, charging to the room, the $25 discount would automatically be deducted. It was not. I had to call the hotel & ask about it. They apologized & said it should show up in a few days. I'll bet most people miss this. It was New Years Eve and there was someone giving 1/4 glass samples of champagne. Nice. Went back for a 2nd one & the server asked if I had already gotten one. Yes, I said, so she said after that I had to buy it at the bar. Fair enough. But next morning checking out, the desk person asked me if I had enjoyed the "free champagne" the night before. I felt that was a stretch. Yes - I was not charged for a 1/4 cup sample...Out at the pool area a guest was playing music on their own portable phone speaker. I rather enjoyed it, but I found it strange that the hotel didn't have their own music playing. I also wondered why they would allow this - but like I said, I was enjoying it.

Disliked: The hotel had difficulty finding our reservation and it took about 30 minutes to correct their error. We were double charged a “tax”. The lobby restrooms had no tp on all 3 floors! The bed was lumpy.
