Located right on Duval, check in was easy and the staff was friendly. A complimentary breakfast at the restaurant next door is included.

Liked: Great location. Easy walking distance to Ft..Zachary Taylor State Park, Amphitheater, and the Piers.
Disliked: Parking.

Nice location on Duval street,...

Liked: Breakfast was a very light continental selection. Rooms were very nice. The only drawback is that since this is an old house, there are no elevators, so you have to be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs to the 2nd floor, and it is also uncovered over the stairs, so if it happens to rain you will get wet.

Liked: Location was good, on Duval, but did get a bit loud a couple of nights. Room was larger than expected with a nice balcony seating area overlooking the pool.
Disliked: No coffee available until after 8am!!! Didn't care for breakfast arrangement, limited selections even for a continental breakfast

Liked: The staff was very helpful. The location was good, central without being loud. The breakfast was more than adequate.
Disliked: The pool area left a little to be desired, but there was a hurricane near by.
