Nice Location, funky accommodations, not...

Liked: The location with proximity to the city is nice. However, this is more like a motel and doesn’t have any security. My biggest complaint is that my room overlooked a doggy daycare where multiple dogs barked day and night. I also had my dog with me and this was so disruptive for both of us. There was no way I could enjoy the balcony and then when I went down to the pool, I can still hear the dogs barking. As a heads up, I would look to make sure there aren’t any events at the hotel if you’re looking for more of a quiet retreat . This is a very lively hotel and well that was fun at times it’s certainly not going to be a vibe.

Liked: Well considered and thoughtfully executed hotel. The perfect Austin relaxed presentation. Staff very professional yet chill. Perfect location for an intro to the Austin vibe or to revisit the historical Austin presence in a new beautiful package.
Disliked: I couldn’t stay longer!
